Hi all,
Wanted to give you a quick update on the status of the new site and service. We're continuing to move forward, and we hope you'll like it as much as we do. Still have a few things to work out, but more and more users will be able to get to the new site/service soon.
On that note, we're also going to introduce a few process changes to this blog, as well. First, and more important, I've recruited some help from among our staff. Not quite final yet, but I'm very hopeful that there will be someone posting more frequent updates, etc., here soon.
Next, in an effort to streamline certain aspects of our communications with you, we're going to be directing comments about our posts to the Real message boards. We'll turn off comments here, but provide you with links back to message board threads. The main reason for that is that it gives us a better log of all your comments, and should help us be more responsive to your concerns.
Finally, I just wanted to say a quick thanks to those of you who've written and posted here. We as a company and myself personally really appreciate your loyalty and commitment to us, and want you to know that we're doing our best to incorporate all of your thoughts and feedback into our products and services.
On that note ... please post comments below with any questions/concerns.
Thanks,
Matt

I am SO glad to read here that you are going to use the Real Arcade FORUM, AND that Real Arcade STAFF will be reading the posts there too. Hopefully the Staff will also post at the forum, something that really needs their attention.
There are some very knowledgeable people on the forum, in particular the "VIP", but as they are volunteering their time to answering questions, they should not be expected to handle all of it. Please also try to implement the ideas and suggestions of the "VIP". He has some good ones!
Thanks,
mahala
Thanks, mahala. We're trying!
We're using the blog only because it gives us a little more flexibility to post screen shots, etc. In the future, we'll figure out what the right "mix" is between blogs/forums and go from there.
Most important thing -- you're right -- is that we take the time to read your comments/suggestions. Again, we're getting there. More of us lurk on those boards than you might think.
